But here's what I do if you want a starting point:

Cold Brewing: Steep bag in 12 ounces of water, covered, in the fridge, for 12-16 hours.

I like using a mason jar or a tumbler I'm already planning to take with me out the door in the morning.

Hot Brewing: Gradually pour 12 ounces of hot water over the bag in a mug. Dunk it a couple times, steep for 10-15 minutes.

If you have a hot water heater, 190-200 degrees works great. Boiling water works great too, as does Keurig water (without the pod).
